The attentive staff, especially Cris and Francia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their care and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. the convenient services provided, such as room service and tour organization, made our trip seamless and stress-free. the proximity to the Arena and other key points of interest made exploring the city a breeze.
